Meet Juanita Flashenburg, N.P. – Integrative Hormone and Thyroid Specialist in Tampa Bay

Education and Training

Juanita studied at Florida State University and the University of Florida earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Nursing in 2013. She worked as a registered nurse in critical care with primarily surgical and Urology patients. Juanita graduated from George Washington University in 2020 with a Master of Science in Nursing. She became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with her focus in Women’s Health and Urology.

Certifications, Memberships, Accomplishments

Juanita has special interests in female urology, pelvic organ prolapse and pain, urinary tract infections, and sexual medicine. She is also experienced in treating overactive bladder including Botox, PTNS, and Sacro Neuromodulation as treatment methods.
